Fort Douglas, Utah
This roofing tile is a piece of historic Fort Douglas, Utah Fort Douglas was established in 1962 when President Lincoln dispactched federal toops to Utah territory to protect the stage lines from indian depredation. Fort Douglas was inactivated in 1991 and became the Stephen A. Douglas Armed Forces Reserve Center, home to the 95th US Army regional Rediness Command and Marine Corps and Navel Reserve Units. Many of the buildings on the reserve center are on the National Register of Historic Places.
